Our Projects

Every project is a unique collaboration. Here we share not just the final imagery, but the thinking, process, and craftsmanship behind each visualisation. Each case study reveals how we translated architectural intent into an immersive digital reality.

01
Residential Exterior

McNamee Residence

Photorealistic 3D architectural visualisation of a modern residential home exterior in Northern Ireland, showcasing stone cladding and large glass windows at golden hour

Contemporary family home capturing natural light and countryside views

The Approach

We began with a thorough analysis of the architectural drawings and site photography to understand the relationship between the structure and its rural Northern Ireland setting. The brief demanded imagery that would convey warmth and aspiration, positioning the property as a dream family home.

The Execution

The 3D environment was built with precise attention to the surrounding topography and vegetation. We rendered at golden hour to accentuate the warm stone cladding against the lush green landscape. Multiple camera angles were established to tell a complete visual story, from sweeping approach shots to intimate detail views of the entrance.

The Result

The final visualisations were used across the architect's portfolio and featured in local property publications. The imagery helped secure planning approval and generated pre-sale interest before a single brick was laid.

Residential Interior

Dovydas Living Space

High-end 3D interior rendering of an open-plan luxury living room with custom timber flooring, designer sofa, and soft natural daylighting

Open-plan living showcasing warm materials and curated furnishings

The Approach

The goal was to move beyond a sterile catalogue look and create an image that felt genuinely aspirational yet attainable. We studied high-end interior design photography to understand how warmth and texture translate into a digital environment.

The Execution

Every material was sampled from real-world sources. The timber flooring was matched to a specific supplier swatch, the sofa fabric was replicated down to the weave pattern, and the lighting was designed to mimic soft afternoon light filtering through floor-to-ceiling glazing. We used volumetric lighting to add atmospheric depth.

The Result

The visualisation became the hero image for the developer's marketing suite, appearing on hoarding panels, brochures, and the project website. It set the tone for the entire development's brand identity.

Residential Interior

Bespoke Kitchen Design

Hyper-realistic bespoke kitchen CGI showing high-end cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and integrated luxury appliances for real estate marketing

Hyper-detailed kitchen visualisation with precise material matching

The Approach

Kitchen visualisations demand an extraordinary level of precision because buyers scrutinise every detail. Our approach was to treat this as a product photography shoot, not just an architectural image. Every handle, hinge, and grout line had to be convincing.

The Execution

We worked directly with the kitchen supplier to obtain exact RAL references and finish types. The stone countertop was modelled with natural veining patterns sampled from the quarry's catalogue. Lighting was designed to highlight the reflectivity of the integrated appliances while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The Result

The client reported that buyers consistently commented on the accuracy of the visualisations compared to the installed kitchens. The imagery was used in the supplier's own portfolio to demonstrate their premium product range.

Residential Exterior

Dovydas Mansion Exterior

Premium architectural visualisation of a luxury mansion exterior at golden hour, featuring complex landscaping and cinematic lighting for property developers

Flagship luxury estate captured at golden hour for marketing campaigns

The Approach

This was the hero shot for a high-value residential development. The brief was clear: communicate exclusivity, privacy, and architectural excellence in a single frame. We approached this project as a creative director would approach a film poster.

The Execution

The environment was built with over 200 unique vegetation assets, each placed with intentional composition in mind. The golden hour lighting was achieved through physically accurate sun position calculations for the exact latitude of the site. Post-production was handled with a cinematic colour grade to elevate the mood beyond photorealism into aspiration.

The Result

This image appeared on 48-sheet billboards, full-page press advertisements, and the development's premium brochure. It became the defining image of the project and was instrumental in achieving a complete sell-out before completion.

Residential Exterior

Dovydas Mansion Rear View

Resort-style 3D visualisation of a luxury home rear facade with a glowing swimming pool, outdoor entertaining area, and atmospheric evening lighting

Rear facade capturing outdoor entertaining and pool areas

The Approach

While the front elevation communicated grandeur, this rear view needed to tell a different story: private luxury, relaxation, and lifestyle. We researched resort-style photography to understand how hospitality brands visually communicate exclusivity.

The Execution

The pool water was rendered with subsurface scattering to achieve realistic depth and caustic patterns. Atmospheric haze was added in post-production to create a sense of warmth and mystery. The landscaping was deliberately softer and more organic than the structured front approach, suggesting a private garden sanctuary.

The Result

This image was featured prominently in the premium brochure's lifestyle spread and on the development's social media campaign, generating significant engagement and enquiries from international buyers.
